The menswear happenings to have on your radar this week, featuring Dsquared2 x Tom Bianchi, Undercover’s Pre-Fall 26 collection and CDLP’s new essentials.

Valentino Garavani and Vans had to do it twice

Listen, we called it: Vans are back. After a stellar collaboration last year that really put the eyes on Vans last year (amongst a number of other strong releases), Valentino Garavani and Vans have reunited but, this time, on the Classic Slip-On. Introduced during the Cruise 2026 collection, Alessandro Michele puts his own spin on the classic checkerboard pattern adorned with the VLogo along with the Cherryfic, Tropical Leaves and alternate colourways. The shoes are available online and in-store now.

Looking back at their archives from 1982, New Balance have reintroduced and refreshed The Gator Run with updated aesthetics that are ready for the runways to the everyday rotation. Getting the name from the crocodile effect on the glossy patent leather upper, the trainers feature a low-profile silhouette with a tooty outsole. Arriving in black and red colourways, the sneakers are available online and in-store on 21st January.

A good set of essentials goes a long way, especially if they provide a smooth pop of colour for some added interest to any basic outfit. CDLP’s new Azure Blue range is just that, made from the brand’s signature Tencel™ lyocell and pima cotton blend for silk-like softness for the perfect drape and breathability. The capsule includes a midweight shirt along with different styles of boxers and briefs. Check it out online and in-store now.

Diving into Tom Bianchi’s iconic Fire Island Pines: Polaroids 1975-1983, Dsquared2’s Dean and Dan Caten created a collection with graphics centred around the beautiful imagery from the photographer’s series. Moments of freedom and celebration at the Pines that were captured can be found in a capsule that spans t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, hats and even swimwear for both men and women. Whilst the images were taken decades ago, the sentiments and spirit of community seem more relevant than ever. Check out the collection online and in-store now.

Barbour and Feng Chen Wang come together

Barbour’s collaboration hot streak continues with a debut collection with London-based, Chinese designer Feng Chen Wang. The collection sees Wang’s storytelling and functionality implemented to celebrate the Lunar New Year, with a horse embroidery to celebrate the Chinese holiday. Barbour’s Porter Waxed jacket and Fendale Quilted jacket received some added panels and tartan detailing along with t-shirts, flannels and hats featuring the collaboration’s graphics. Check out the collection, available online and in-store now.

Undercover reimagines wardrobe staples for Pre-Fall 2026

It’s safe to say that Jun Takahashi sits at the very pinnacle of Japanese fashion, with a number of legendary collections that have been driving archive heads mad for years. The designer’s latest Undercover collection sees him tone it down for the everyday rotation with a near-monochromatic capsule that has a healthy selection of outerwear and basics with typography graphics and colourful motifs. Undercover-isms are still present, fusing different silhouettes together to create hybrid garments like the Frankensteined M65-puffer jacket or the nylon blouson with knitted sleeves. The footwear is also in collaboration KIDS LOVE GAITE, reintroducing the iconic WALT II silo.

Yes, you do want a pair of loafers emblazoned with Donald Duck. It’s a fashion dream you maybe didn’t know was within you, but thankfully, now that Duke + Dexter have teamed up with the doyen of storytelling Disney, this sartorial form of heaven is available to buy. Encompassing loafers, T-shirts, caps and cardholders, the London apparel and footwear brand’s capsule combines the verve that keeps them turning heads drop after drop, with the timeless legacy of the world’s most famous cartoons. And if there’s one thing we know, nothing – maybe not even wine – ages as well as a Disney graphic tee. So consider it merely a sensible investment.
