“I remember when I was around 25 living in New York City, I took this sensory class in a random church,” reflects actor Logan Macrae. “I’m lying on the floor thinking ‘what am I doing?’ but then 45 minutes later, I bawled my eyes out, feeling the power of these sensory exercises. It was a form of therapy for me. I walked out of those classes not only feeling great, but I had this sense of curiosity of where to take it.”
