Joe Manganiello Covers Man About Town's Spring/Summer 2023 Issue

“[At the beginning] there was so much fear. When you’re making something, you’re driven by love and passion, but until you see that footage together you really don’t know what you have. I showed Sofia the rough-cut opening of the film, and we looked at each other in shock because we could not believe how many of my friends and colleagues stepped up and did these interviews. I can’t think of another documentary that is as star-studded as this.” 

Covering our Spring/Summer 2023 issue, actor, writer and filmmaker Joe Manganiello talks channelling personal passions into professional pursuits, not least in directing the upcoming Dungeons & Dragons documentary. The star talks bouncing off ideas for the project with wife Sofia Vergara, the illustrious array of contributors he managed to recruit, and how in this epoch of his career, more than ever before, he’s making his childhood dreams a reality.
